LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.2.4.7.5. Fuentes de información. El Servicio Geológico Colombiano y la Agencia Nacional de Hidrocarburos, deberán certificar al Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social la información para identificar las entidades territoriales productoras de recursos naturales no renovables, según corresponda.

Para identificar los departamentos, distritos y municipios que realizaron efectivamente inversiones en el régimen subsidiado de salud con recursos de regalías y compensaciones se tomará la información de los compromisos presupuestales, reportada a través del Formulario Único Territorial (FUT) consolidado para la vigencia 2011.
