º . Mientras se cumplen los términos establecidos en los artículos 131 del Decreto 1480 de julio 13 de 1994 y 40 del Decreto 1695 de agosto 3 de 1994, y se realicen las licitaciones públicas o se expidan las licencias que con base en ellos sean pertinentes, las emisoras de radiodifusión sonora que vienen operando en el país sin concesión otorgada por el Ministerio de Comunicaciones, no podrán prestar ese servicio al público hasta tanto obtengan la correspondiente licencia.
