Art. 19. Los alumnos que, habiendo hecho estudios de Literatura i Filosofía en colejios públicos o privados, se hayan matriculado o se matriculen en las escuelas superiores, sin opcion a grado , con arreglo a los artículos 144 i 202 del Decreto orgánico, i al 2.° del de 3 de febrero último, "por el cual se hace ostensivo el derecho a obtener ciertas matrículas en la Universidad nacional," podrán sufrir el exámen previo de que trata el artículo anterior, para que esa condicion quede insubsistente.
