º . En el evento en que una sociedad unipersonal o pluripersonal constituida conforme a lo establecido en el artículo 22 de la Ley 1014 de 2006, supere los topes establecidos en materia de activos y trabajadores, deberá proceder a realizar la correspondiente reforma estatutaria mediante escritura pública que se inscribirá en el registro mercantil, adecuándose en su totalidad al régimen previsto para el tipo o clase de sociedad que corresponda.
