º. Comité de evaluación. Para dar cumplimiento a lo dispuesto en el artículo 24 de la Ley 65 de 1993 y en concordancia con las Leyes 60 y 100 del mismo año; créase el Comité Interinstitucional de Evaluación, integrado de la siguiente forma

a)

Un representante del Ministerio de Salud, quien lo presidirá;

b)

Un representante del Ministerio de Justicia y del Derecho;

c)

Un representante de los Jueces de Ejecución de Penas y Medidas de Seguridad;

d)

Un representante del Instituto Nacional de Medicina Legal y Ciencias Forenses;

e)

Un representante del Instituto Nacional Penitenciario y Carcelario, Inpec;

f)

Un Representante de la Defensoría del Pueblo.
