º. El Gobierno creará los cargos que se requieran para el funcionamiento de la Prefectura de Cambios y fijará las asignaciones de los mismos. Así mismo queda, autorizado para abrir los créditos y efectuar los traslados que, sean necesarios en el Presupuesto Nacional, para atender al sostenimiento de la Prefectura de Cambios de que se habla en el presente Decreto.
