º Condonación de multas e intereses. De conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 132 del Decreto Ley 1298 de 1994, para efectos del saneamiento del pasivo prestacional a las instituciones oficiales de salud, se les condonarán las multas del 31 de diciembre de 1993. Dichas instituciones deberán cancelar al Instituto de Seguros Sociales y al Fondo Nacional de Ahorro únicamente la deuda acumulada por pasivo pensional y cesantías incluyendo los intereses corrientes. Se entiende por pasivo pensional la totalidad de la reserva que ha debido constituirse y que corresponde a los aportes patrono-laborales no efectuados a 31 de diciembre de 1993, por seguro de invalidez, vejez y muerte (IVM) y conforme a lo dispuesto en el Decreto 530 de 1994.
