Cuando los destinatarios no presenten los manifiestos y deba procederse al reconocimiento de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el artículo 2º. del Decreto número 1032 del presente año, el Director dispondrá que se proceda como allí está ordenado, pero se observará en todo caso el procedimiento señalado en el artículo anterior.
