En cada planta de personal de la Fiscalía General de la Nación, y de las entidades adscritas se podrán organizar grupos funcionales de empleos, teniendo en cuenta criterios de afinidad respecto de la naturaleza general de sus funciones, de las responsabilidades y de las competencias requeridas para su desempeño, cuando estas sean determinadas.
