Artículo único. Apruébase la Convencion suscrita el veinticinco de Diciembre de mil ochocientos ochenta por los señores José María Quijano Otero, Encargado de Negocios de la Union, y José María Castro, Secretario de Relaciones Exteriores de Costa Rica, por la cual se compromete en arbitraje la cuestion de límites pendiente entre los dos países.
