Los bienes, rentas, fincas, valores, derechos y acciones que el 30 de junio del año en curso pertenezcan a la Intendencia de la Guajira, pasarán a serlo del nuevo Departamento, el cual sucederá a la Intendencia tanto en el activo como en el pasivo de la misma. Quedan incluidos en esta norma los aportes y auxilios de cualquier naturaleza que a favor de la Intendencia figuren en el Presupuesto Nacional vigente.
