Los procesos que deban tramitarse por el procedimiento especial a la entrada en vigencia de esta ley, en donde se hubiese iniciado el juicio, se continuarán tramitando hasta su culminación por las normas de procedimiento de corte marcial, salvo lo relacionado con el principio de favorabilidad.
