Art. 2051. Será causa grave respecto del amo la ineptitud del criado, todo acto de infidelidad o insubordinacion, i todo vicio habitual que perjudique al servicio o turbe el orden doméstico; i respecto del criado, el mal tratamiento del amo, i cualquier conato de este o de sus familiares o huéspedes para inducirle a un acto criminal o inmoral.

Toda enfermedad contagiosa del uno dará derecho al otro para poner fin al contrato.

Tendrá igual derecho el amo si el criado, por cualquiera causa, se inhabilitare para el servicio por mas de una semana.
