PRINCIPIOS RECTORES PARA EL EJERCICIO DE FUNCIONES.

Las diferentes dependencias del Ministerio de Educación desarrollarán sus funciones teniendo en cuenta los principios de descentralización, desconcentración y delegación de la administración; la participación de los procesos de fijación de objetivos y

planeación y un alto grado de autoadministración, autodisciplina y autocontrol por parte de las entidades públicas y privadas.
