Decreto 555 de 2000 · Por el cual se suprimen los empleos de los empleos de la Planta de Personal del Instituto Colombiano de Comercio Exterior, Incomex y se adoptan otras disposiciones.

º . El retiro del servicio o la desvinculación definitiva de los funcionarios amparados con fuero sindical, que no sean incorporados en la planta de personal del Ministerio de Comercio Exterior se hará una vez se obtenga la respectiva autorización judicial.

Parágrafo

Hasta tanto se produzca el levantamiento del fuero sindical a que hace referencia el presente artículo, se crearán los empleos transitoriamente en la planta de personal del Ministerio de Comercio Exterior de aquellas personas amparadas por dicho fuero.
