° Facúltase al Médico Director del Dispensario Antileproso del Valle del Cauca, para conseguir en Cali, con arreglo al presupuesto consignado en los artículos 2° y 3° de esta Resolución, los elementos indispensables que no le hayan sido suministrados directamente por el Departamento Nacional de Higiene. Los comprobantes de esas transacciones deberán ser enviados mensualmente con el informe respectivo a este Despacho.
