Art. 1.° Exímese del pago de derechos de importación a los señores A. González Cano i Compañía por la introducción de mercancías que hicieron en la goleta "Margarita," el día nueve de febrero de mil ochocientos setenta i siete, a la ciudad de Riohacha, por haberlos pagado a los revolucionarios que en dicha época ocupaban aquella ciudad, i cuyos derechos ascienden a la suma de mil cuatrocientos cincuenta i cuatro pesos setenta centavos ( $ 1454-70 cs.)
