Si vencido el término de la duración de la pena, cuando ésta sea menor del maximun, el condenado a juicio del Consejo de Disciplina de la respectiva Colonia, no deba ponerse en libertad, podrá el funcionario fallador de acuerdo con dicho Consejo prolongar esa duración hasta el maximum.

Parágrafo

En caso de reincidencia, la prohibición de residir en determinado lugar puede tener carácter definitivo.
