Art. 2.° Recibidas las solicitudes de que trata el artículo anterior, todas ella pasarán en ambas Cámaras á la Comisión de recompensas, la cual presentara dentro de los quince días siguientes, un proyecto de Ley en que se fijara el máximum de la suma que podrá votarse para las erogaciones de que trata esta Ley.

Parágrafo

Dicho proyecto para segundo debate, pasara en informe á la Comisión de Presupuestos.
