Corresponde al Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social conformar y mantener actualizada para el ámbito nacional, la base de datos del Registro Especial de Prestadores de Servicios de Salud, consolidada a partir de los reportes que envíen las Entidades Departamentales y Distritales de Salud, de conformidad con lo establecido en el presente Título.
