Las autoridades de policía de los municipios, del Distrito Especial de Bogotá y de las Áreas Metropolitanas, de oficio o a petición de cualquier persona y mediante el procedimiento que establezca el Gobierno Nacional, investigarán los actos que contrarien las normas contenidas en los artículos anteriores, y en las disposiciones que conforme a la misma expida el Gobierno Nacional en cuanto al uso de predios ubicados en zonas de reserva agrícola. Establecida la violación, se procederá a imponer las sanciones a que hubiere lugar.
