°. REPRESENTANTE LEGAL DEL CONSEJO INDÍGENA. El Consejo Indígena, de acuerdo con el reglamento interno establecido por las autoridades que lo integran, designará un representante, quien ejercerá la representación legal y las funciones administrativas del Consejo para la solicitud de registro del mismo, delimitación y puesta en funcionamiento del territorio indígena.
