Al artículo 5542/1. Para pagar en el Pagaré numera 1 a Deggendorfer Werft und Eisentmn, Gessellschaft M. B. H-, de Alemania, US $ 426.300.00 al cambio del 251%. Valor de dos dragas hidráulicas de succión, según estipulaciones del contrato celebrado el 10 de abril de 1956, de conformidad con las autorizaciones conferidas por la Ley 281 de 1938 $ 1.070.013.00 Total $ 1.070.013.00
