Elección y periodo de la junta directiva de los Fondos Ganaderos. La elección de junta directiva la hará el máximo órgano social, para períodos de 2 años, aplicando el sistema del cociente electoral. Para el caso de incompatibilidades e inhabilidades por razón del parentesco que den lugar a vacancia en algún renglón de este órgano, se efectuará la correspondiente elección para completar el período restante.
