º. Traspaso . En armonía con lo dispuesto en el artículo anterior, los bienes inmuebles destinados a servir como centros de reclusión del orden nacional y demás inmuebles distintos de sus sedes administrativas cuya titularidad se encuentra en el INPEC, se traspasan al Ministerio de Justicia y el Derecho a partir de la vigencia del presente decreto.
