Las contravenciones a la presente Ley y a los reglamentos y órdenes que es su desarrollo se dicten, serán castigadas con penas pecuniarias, convertibles en arresto a suspensión temporal o definitiva de las licencias, permisos y demás autorizaciones concedidas. El Gobierno reglamentará la cuantía de las penas y el procedimiento para aplicarlas.
