Ley 160 de 1959 · Por la cual se atiende a una calamidad pública en la ciudad de Ibagué

El banco popular otorgará créditos hasta de cinco mil pesos ($ 5.000.00) a cada adjudicatario de viviendas de las que trata el artículo anterior, con el objeto de atender al pago de la cuota inicial al instituto, con garantía de la misma vivienda, en primer grado.

Parágrafo

El Gobierno Nacional queda autorizado para gestionar con el Banco Popular, S. A., el otorgamiento de estos créditos a un plazo de cinco años y a un tipo de interés no mayor de 6% (seis por ciento) anual.
