De los ciento cincuenta mil pesos ($150.000) destinados al fomento del ahorro, se tomarán cincuenta mil pesos ($ 50.000) anuales para el establecimiento de dos entidades que se denominarán instituto de la mujer que trabaja y Caja de pensiones para la vejez, cuya organización queda a cargo de la Junta de que se habló en el artículo 5º. Los estatutos, reglamentos, etc., de estas dos instituciones, para que sean válidos, deberán someterse a la aprobación del Consejo de Ministros.
