El Gobierno emitirá la estampilla de que trata el artículo anterior, en series de un centavo, cinco centavos, diez centavos, cincuenta centavos, un peso, tres pesos, cinco pesos, diez pesos, y veinte pesos. Esta emisión se entregará al Departamento del Atlántico, y su vigencia será desde el 1. de enero de 1951 al 31 de diciembre de 1955.
