Art. 68. Presentada una acusación, el Presidente del Tribunal dará cumplimiento a los Artículos 33 á 37, en cuanto son aplicables á este caso. En el mismo día en que se verifique le comparecencia del sindicado, se señalará uno de los tres siguientes para el sorteo de los Conjueces, con designación de la hora En el mismo auto en que tal señalamiento se haga, se fijará día y hora para audiencia dicho día no será anterior al tercero ni posterior al sexto, á partir de aquel en que se haya verificado el sorteo.
