Almacenamiento de leche cruda enfriada . Los tanques destinados al almacenamiento de leche cruda enfriada deberán tener capacidad suficiente para la recepción diaria y estar dispuestos en tal forma que faciliten la circulación, el control y aseo de los mismos, los cuales pueden ser verticales u horizontes y deberán estar provistos de mecanismos de graduación, agitador, llave toma muestra, termómetro y sistema que permita su aseo interno.
