° El gravamen sobre el café que se exporte por los puertos de la República será de cincuenta centavos (0.50) por cada cincuenta kilogramos de café pilado ó sin película, y cuarenta centavos (0.40) por cada cincuenta kilogramos de café sin pilar ó con película.
