Artículo único. Para el efecto de conducir comunicaciones importantes é instrucciones verbales á la Legación de Colombia en Wáshington, nómbrase de acuerdo con el artículo 23 de la Ley orgánica del servicio Diplomático y Consular, Correo de Gabinete al Sr. Ismael Enrique Arciniegas, con el sueldo y viáticos de un Encargado de Negocios, en la proporción que establece el artículo 5.° del Decreto número 1440 de 1902. Fíjase el término de tres meses á dicho Correo para el desempeño de su encargo. Comuniqúese.
