Desarrollo Artesanal. Los planes y programas del Gobierno Nacional para el desarrollo de la industria artesanal se adelantarán a través de la empresa Artesanías de Colombia S.A., la cual administrará los recursos que se determinen para esta finalidad, conforme al contrato o contratos de administración fiduciaria que celebrará el gobierno nacional con la empresa. En el presupuesto nacional se apropiarán anualmente las partidas necesarias para adelantar programas de fomento artesanal.
