Del mismo aumento decretado en el artículo 1º gozarán los descendientes de los próceres a cuyo favor se decreten pensiones por las autoridades respectivas.

No quedan comprendidos en la suspensión de pensiones y recompensas, decretado por la Ley 80 de 1916 , las pensiones a descendientes de próceres por servicios prestados durante la guerra de la independencia.

Queda reformado el artículo 3º de la Ley 4ª de 1923.
