Funciones del Consejo de Gabinete. Además de las funciones establecidas en el artículo 7º del Capítulo III del presente Decreto, el Consejo de Gabinete como parte del Sistema Nacional de Cofinanciación tendrá las siguientes funciones: a) adoptar la reglamentación sobre el Sistema Nacional de Cofinanciación, y en especial las relativas a los artículos 23 y 24 del Decreto 2132 de 1992 y 66 y 67 del Decreto 2150 de 1995; b) Definir los montos que se asignarán anualmente a los cupos indicativos por programas, por regiones y por categorías de entidades; c) Las demás que sean necesarias para el debido funcionamiento del Fonam, como parte del Sistema Nacional de Cofinanciación.
