ARTICULO 21 . Selección de suboficiales y personal del nivel ejecutivo. El Director General de la Policía Nacional, podrá seleccionar dentro del personal de suboficiales y del nivel ejecutivo, a quienes, por sus condiciones profesionales, experiencia y conocimientos puedan ingresar a la Escuela de Cadetes de Policía "General Santander". Dicho personal deberá acreditar mínimo tres (3) años de servicio.
