ARTICULO 92 . La calificación de servicios de funcionarios y empleados tiene como finalidad el mejoramiento en la prestación del servicio, para determinar el ingreso en propiedad, la permanencia, el ascenso o el retiro del servicio y del escalafón de carrera y el otorgamiento de beneficios o estímulos.
