Artículo octavo . El artículo 33 del Acuerdo número 038 de 1972, quedará así: Artículo 33. Para garantizar la autonomía operativa del Instituto Colombiano de Pedagogía, de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 18 del Decreto 3153 de 1968, el Rector delegará algunas de sus funciones entre ellas la de ordenación de gastos en el Director de ICOLPE.
