Las empresas podrán promover la transición de puestos de trabajo presenciales a la implementación de diferentes modalidades de trabajo a distancia en los territorios que cuenten con conectividad de internet y accederán a los incentivos reglamentados por el Gobierno nacional dentro del año siguiente a la aprobación de la presente Ley, para tal fin.
