Si hay solución de continuidad entre una explotación y un terreno inculto, éste no podrá reputarse poseído conforme a lo dispuesto en a última parte del Artículo 1 de la Ley 200 de 1936, sino en cuanto se demuestre que es necesario para la explotación, o como complemento para el mejor aprovechamiento del predio explotado.
