°. El artículo 47 del Código Penal Militar, quedará así: El cargo de Presidente o de Vocal en todos los Consejos es de forzosa aceptación. En el caso de absoluta renuencia de un Oficial para desempeñar el cargo de Presidente o de Vocal incurrirá en las sanciones previstas en el numeral 3° del artículo 142 del Código Penal Militar.
