Destinase la cantidad de treinta y seis mil pesos ($ 36,000) para reembolsar al Consejo Administrativo de los Ferrocarriles Nacionales de los gastos hechos en la construcción del referido acueducto, y la cantidad de veinte mil pesos ($ 20.000) para mejorar la red de distribución de agua del Municipio de Puerto Colombia, suma ésta que será invertida por el Consejo Administrativo de los Ferrocarriles Nacionales.
