Delégase en el secretario jurídico del Departamento Administrativo de la Presidencia de la República la función de dar posesión a los servidores que hayan sido designados como Jefes de Oficina de Control Interno, o de quien haga sus veces, para ejercer el empleo en propiedad en los ministerios, departamentos administrativos, y entidades adscritas y vinculadas de la Rama Ejecutiva del orden nacional.
