ARTICULO 52. ADJUDICACION DE LA LICITACION POR AREAS DE CUBRIMIENTO. El Ministerio de Comunicaciones hará las adjudicaciones de la concesión del servicio de telefonía móvil celular por áreas de cubrimiento, pudiendo adjudicar a un mismo proponente más de un área en la misma red y aún en diferentes redes de conformidad con los siguientes artículos.
