Art. 292. Cuando el negocio fuere de tal naturaleza, que la decencia, las buenas costumbres, ó la paz de las familias exijan que el juicio no se celebre en público, dispondrá el Juez que tenga lugar en sesión secreta, y tomará las medidas convenientes para que los que no deben concurrir al acto no oigan la lectura del proceso ni el debate.
