Adiciónase al Decreto 898 de 2002 el siguiente artículo. " Artículo 12B. " Deberes de los Miembros de Junta Directiva. Los miembros de las Juntas Directivas de las Cámaras de Comercio deberán velar por la eficiente administración de sus recursos priorizando la visión regional, la gestión empresarial y la competitividad en concordancia con lo dispuesto en el artículo 86 del Código de Comercio, el artículo 10 del Decreto 898 de 2002, el artículo 23 de la Ley 905 de 2004 y demás normas que establezcan las funciones a cargo de las Cámaras de Comercio".
