° Los caseríos de alguna importancia que hubiere dentro de los límites territoriales de un Corregimiento, podrán ser erigidos por el Intendente o Comisario en "Inspectorías Rurales de Policía", cuyos Inspectores serán nombrados y removidos libremente por el Corregidor, y ejercerán sus funciones bajo la dependencia y de acuerdo con las instrucciones de éste.
