Los Oficiales y Suboficiales de las Fuerzas Militares en servicio activo en goce de asignación, de retiro o de pensión y sus beneficiarios, contribuirán para la Caja de Retiro con el valor total de la diferencia entre las actuales asignaciones de actividad, de retiro y pensiones, y aquellas otras diferencias que resulten por razón de los aumentos qué fija el presente Decreto, durante el primer mes en que los expresados aumentos se paguen.
