APARATO DIGESTIVO: a) Defectos y enfermedades

1.

Esofágico

a)

Acalasia que requiere de dilataciones periódicas.

b)

Esofagitis persistente y grave.

c)

Divertículos sintomáticos.

d)

Estrechez del esófago sintomático.

2.

Secuelas de abceso hepático amibiano.

3.

Cirrosis hepática.

4.

Gastritis grave y crónica.

5.

Hepatitis crónica. 6 . Hernia hiatal sintomática que no responde a tratamiento. 7. Heitis regional. 8. Pancratitis crónica grave. 9. Adherencias peritoreales sintomáticas que no responde a tratamiento. 10. Proctitis crónica que requiere tratamiento continuo. 11. Ulcera gástrica o duodenal recurrente. 12: Colitis ulcerosa que no responde a tratamiento. 13. Estrechez del recto grave y sintomática. b) Cirugía. 1. Colectomía parcial (sintomática). 2. Colostomía permanente. 3. Enterostomía permanente. 4. Gastrectomía total o subtotal con secuelas. 5. Gastrostomía permanente.

Ileostomía permanente.

Pancreatectomía.

Pancreaticoduodenostomía, pancreaticogastrostomía, pancreaticoyeyunostomía.

Proctectomía.

Protopexia, protoplastia, proctorragia o proctomía con secuelas.
